Save on Pots, Trays, and Inserts

Each fall, we place our annual order for plastic propagation supplies at a large farm and garden trade show. By ordering directly through the show, we’re able to access competitive pricing, better availability, and favorable payment terms. This year, with plastic and freight costs at an all-time high, we’re opening our group-order opportunity to growers who want to save on their propagation supplies.

We have access to the full product lines from:

T.O. Plastics
Growscape (formerly Dillon/Landmark)

This includes pots, trays, inserts, and other plastic propagation supplies are available through the program.

ORDER DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 18th

How to Order:

Choose your supplies. Review the current catalogs and identify the items you need.
Submit your order by September 18th. Send the item numbers, descriptions, and case quantities for the products you’d like to order to melinda@chathamfarmsupply.com. Please copy and use our order sheet template to help ensure everything is clear and accurate.
Receive your quote. We’ll review your requested items and send you a quote. After approval, we place the order. All orders will be booked at the trade show September 21–23.
Choose your delivery timing. Orders are expected to ship in early December. You can choose to receive your order in December or January.

Important Details:

No payment is required until you receive your order.
By submitting an order, you are making a firm commitment to purchase the items ordered.
All orders are final. We cannot accept returns once an order has been placed.
Pricing and availability will be confirmed when your quote is provided.
